I can just imagine the apology/correction in their next release.
"We would like to correct an error that we printed on [insert date], [page x]. It was President Aquino that passed, not President Arroyo."
Uh...yeah.
Lol.
Hahaha! Sayang noh?!
hahaha :p
when my eldest sister died 5 years ago, we received a mass card containing my other sister's name :D
ganito face ng sister ko -> :-|
what?!? lagot.
lol! i didn't know that. the editors were probably asleep when they were supposed to be editing.
wahhhhh saya naman! hahaha.
If they had intentionally did it then it's simply evil vs evil and if that is the case then I do not support all these protests against GMA. Each person has to look at themselves in the mirror and ask up to what extent they can do and resist evil in any degree whatever their position in life is!!!!
BTW, it is easy to make heroes or saints but these will never be of help if the individual is not changed spiritually.
We've been tricked! We've been mourning the wrong person after all! Hehe
Maybe GMA would retaliate and close down Manila Bulletin for this boo-boo. :P
Woohoo! Oh wait, it was just a typo :-(
kakatawa. kawawang arroyo. anyway, i guess a lot would wish na sana si arroyo nga yung nasa loob, not aquino hahaha
natawa naman ako dun grabe. parang sinadya?! ang layo ng arroyo sa aquino ha.. imho kahit bata yata hindi magkakamali dun :|
The editor must have been too sleepy to miss this error. I wonder what Pres. Arroyo thought about it.
Errors can happen but such an error when you are one of the leading newspapers just lessens one's credibility. People are unnecessarily fixated on the President that other stories are affected I guess. I am going to be surprised if the Aquinos won't be irked by the caption error since the piece is about Cory. And I thought the upside down ad I read via The Philippine Star last June was already a serious error...
