Ba Noi's

There are only a few Vietnamese restaurants in Manila, one addition is Banoi's ...

Banoi's is a hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant in Perea, Makati. It serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Pho Bo/ Beef Pho(P225) - The broth was flavorful,  meat was tender and the noodles were cooked just right, it didn't  get soft after few minutes. The portion was a little smaller than what I expected, but it was respectable. Here's half of my portion:

Bokchoy

Well so far their Pho is one of the best I've tasted in Metro Manila.  I just hope that they'll keep the consistency...

Pho 24

Most of the Vietnamese restaurant here in Manila starts with Pho; Pho is a traditional Vietnamese rice-noodle dish. I love Vietnamese noodle soup/pho. Pho 24 means 24 ingredients and is one of noodle house that serves affordable and savory Vietnamese noodle soup.

In my opinion almost all pho resto here in metro are the same... In Pho 24 a bowl of noodle cost only P99 for a regular serving. To enjoy pho - just add bean sprout, squeeze a little amount of lemon then add the basil/peppermint leaves to your bowl, put a little chili sauce and hoi sin sauce and then eat it while its hot else the noodle will get soggy... Yum!
