I didn't know there's zorb ball here in Philippines until Tri tried it on her birthday. Yeap yeap, zorb ball is now here in Philippines but in Boracay Island.
Zorbing is the sport of globe riding -meaning rolling down a hill in a large inflatable globe.
There are two type of zorbing offered in Boracay, harness zorb and hydro Zorb.
Harness - where they strap you inside the ball and you'll be literally head over heels down the hill. COST: P350
Hydro - where they just let you roll down the hill freestyle; bouncing/sliding where ever inside the ball with the splash of water. COST: P380
Duration: 25-30 seconds.
Harness can have 2 pax/ball at a time while Hydro can accommodate up to 3 pax/ball at a time.
Note from Tri:
1.) Harness zorb is more intense since you have no control of the flow, while hydro is like slide inside a giant ball.
2.) If you are claustrophobic hydro zorb is not for you since they are sealing the ball before rolling it.
Shoot! I’m getting excited and would like to try the thrilling experience next time I’m in Boracay.
