Banoi's is a hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant in Perea, Makati. It serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Pho Bo/ Beef Pho(P225) - The broth was flavorful, meat was tender and the noodles were cooked just right, it didn't get soft after few minutes. The portion was a little smaller than what I expected, but it was respectable. Here's half of my portion:
Well so far their Pho is one of the best I've tasted in Metro Manila. I just hope that they'll keep the consistency...

M|y neighboprhood in San Jose is called Little Saigon, with more noodle houses, and Vietnamese coffee shops than you can count. Here, you would have to decide which are good and not.
Then they offer a dishg of fish sauce which is milder than patis, but still quite delightful
